 Elżbieta Schultz at makscollection has been kind enough to send scans of three of the Limited Edition cards from this collection.
UPDATE (23-01-2016):  Just heard that these three Limited Edition cards will be available with the March issue of the German version of Just Kick-it! magazine.

      Adrenalyn XL Euro cards release date in the UK is 18th February, so will be available on ebay come the 19th.
      Stickers release date is 24th March.
