It can probably be assumed that the Jack Wilshere (Arsenal)/Aaron Ramsey (Arsenal) Dual Relic card has not been issued.
This card seems to have been replaced by a Tim Howard (Everton)/Brad Guzan (Aston Villa) Dual Relic card, as shown above.
