Marek Jakubina has sent me scans of two completely new Limited Edition cards. At this point, I'm not sure if these are the only two or whether there will be further cards available.
UPDATE (27-10-2016 19:04): Both cards come in a Premium Gold Special Edition pack that contains 10 cards (like the regular Premium pack) plus these two Premium Gold Limited Edition cards and a special Online Card. Thanks to Elżbieta Schultz at makscollection.pl for the additional information.
UPDATE (21-11-2016 22:17): Additional scans provided by Wila75 - the backs of the two Limited Edition cards, the Online card and a poster.
