Roger Pashby has asked whether I might be able to include scans of the front covers of the relevant magazine. I included the front cover of the magazine that gave away the actual Team Table previously - Gary Lineker's Hot Shot - 1988-89 League Ladder (02), so here are the two covers indicating the Team Tabs as free gifts. Unfortunately, I don't have scans of the sheets to show you.
