1987 1986 World Cup stamps D.C. Thomson / The Victor 5 stamps Not a cartophilic item as such, it's a football free gift from Victor comic published on 17 October, 1987 - 5 stamps issued to commemorate the 1986 World Cup in Mexico and issued by Cuba.
