Topps - Match Attax Extra 2015-16 (12) - Checklist

2015-16
Match Attax Extra 2015-16
Topps
226 cards + 3 x 3 LE's

The checklist for the new collection that is out this coming Thursday, 10 March, 2016. I've included examples of most of the different types of cards, but the 100 Club and a Limited Edition card are missing. I will add these at the earliest opportunity. Also missing are some descriptions in the Magic Moments section, again these will be completed when all the cards have been seen.

UPDATE (07-03-2016 15:40):  Description for the Matt Ritchie Magic Moments card added.
UPDATE (08-03-2016 12:38):  Scans of Sergio Aguero 100 Club card and a Limited Edition card added to the illustrations. All the Magic Moments description have now been added.
UPDATE (08-03-2016 13:07):  Another update. Most of the Manager cards are labelled Manager, but some are labelled Head Coach. These have been added to the checklist.
UPDATE (08-03-2016 18:46):  Match Attax Live checklist added as the ones in the Match Attax Live packets differ from the ones in the original Match Attax collection.
UPDATE (09-03-2016 08:44):  Match Attax Live Limited Edition cards have been removed from the list. As Renko suggests it's unlikely the earlier Limited Edition cards will feature but the three new Limited Edition cards might. The collection is released tomorrow and more information will be provided if and when it becomes available.
UPDATE (09-03-2016 16:37):  Information added on where to find the Limited Edition cards.
UPDATE (18-03-2016 12:03):  Ratios added.
UNDERLINED HEADINGS FEATURE LINKS THAT WILL TAKE YOU TO ILLUSTRATED CHECKLIST FOR EACH SECTION.

  1. NS23 Paloschi should be Swansea rather than Spurs. Can't wait to see how they have fudged the Pato card, he hasn't played yet :o)

    1. Thanks Nik. Yes, I was wondering about the Pato card too!!!

  2. Have seen the card, looks like an Oscar body switch due to the long sleeved shirt. Patrick Bamford looks suspiciously muscular since his Norwich move too, no number on his shorts either. At least they are more convincing than the old FKS and Panini efforts, some real Frankenstein jobs there.

    1. Yes, good spot, it might be Oscar. I've been trying to find the original photo without success. Didn't notice Patrick Bamford though.

    2. I think all the new signings without short numbers will be doctored. Makes the set look uniform admittedly, though finding a donor body sans tattoos cannot be easy these days. I really must get a life.

    3. Emenike is another one that looks strange. But I'm forcing myself not to try and find the original photos - I was going bog-eyed trying to find the Chelsea one.

    1. Thank you for these, I presume there's a David De Gea card too, though I haven't found one yet.

    2. Hi Alan,

Just to be clear, there are two versions of the Gold LEs: a version labeled as such, with LE1, LE2 and LE3, and another one NNO? How do the last three NNO cards look like? Thanks!

    3. Hi Alexandru,

Those NNO cards are the Match Attax Live code cards, similar to the 'P' numbered Match Attax Live code cards.

  6. Hi, I am Roland from Germany. I found this fault:
    NS12. Henri Saive (Newcastle United)
Correct: NS12. Henri Saivet (Newcastle United)

  7. Dear Alan,

I don't think you listed the MD perforated set of 6 cards:
    - MD1 Mesut Ozil (Assist King)
    - MD2 Jamie Vardy (Top Striker)
    - MD3 Kevin De Bruyne (Skill Star)
    - MD4 Dele Alli (One to Watch)
    - MD5 Ross Barkley (Power Player)
    - MD6 Odion Ighalo (Hot Shot)

I have them in my binder, but frankly I don't have any idea how or where they were released. All I know is that they are related to the Match Attax Extra 15/16.

    Regards,
    Alex
