I don't have an actual picture of this game that was given away as a free gift with the 16 September 1937 issue of The Rover, but I do have a scan of the advert from The Rover's companion paper The Wizard. I know it's not a card, but it's just another interesting football-related gift from the publishers, D.C. Thomson of Dundee (who were included in a question on University Challenge recently).
