I don't know when these booklets were issued, but I think it may have been some time in 1932. Any more information would be more than welcome. It's another one of those three-in-one supplements, very difficult to find uncut.
Alan, I have the Cup-Tie Book and going by the content, it lists the last FA Cup Final played as Newcastle v Arsenal in 1932.
