Wila75 sent me some photos of special stickers issued in Belgium. La Dernière Heure is a Belgian newspaper and earlier this season included a special Champions League poster and four sheets of 12 stickers. Each sheet has three exclusive stickers created specially for the poster. I don't have a complete checklist of the sheets or the 12 special stickers. If you can help fill in any gaps please get in touch. The stickers don't seem to be in any sort of order on the poster, this is how they are laid out:
