Gerard Scully has sent in scans of his Liverpool card so I've been able to add this checklist to my blog. The cards are unnumbered and are number here for reference purposes only. There are some variations that I recorded a long time ago, but I don't have images available, I've added what little detail I have at the end of the main list.
