 It seems there are more prototype cards than I thought, but I don't really know why they were produced. There must be a 00B card but I haven't been able to track it down.
UPDATE (15-01-2021 20:22):  I originally posted this checklist back in 2014 with one of the six cards missing from the list. I've finally got around to completing it and adding scans of the fronts and backs of the other four cards.
UPDATE (07-11-2021 18:38):  Vern has provided some additional information as well as three additional cards.

OOA - Enzo Francescoli (Uruguay) - F (Prototype - English) (Blue print on back)
OOA - Enzo Francescoli (Uruguay) - F (Non-Prototype - English) (Error Card-Stats are incorrect, Black print on back)
OOB - Argentina Team (Prototype- Spanish)
OOC - Slobo Ilijevski (St. Louis Storm) - GK (Prototype- English) (Blue back)
OOD - Tomo Usiyan  (St. Louis Storm) - M (Prototype - English) (Blue back)
OOD - Tomo Usiyan  (St. Louis Storm) - M (Non-Prototype - English) (Black back)
OOE - Team Photo (Argentina) (Nonprototype - English)
OOF - Enzo Francescoli (Uruguay) - DL (Prototype - Spanish) (Blue print on back)
OOF - Enzo Francescoli (Uruguay) - DL (Non-Prototype - Spanish) (Error Card-Stats are incorrect, Black print on back)

The Enzo "DL" versions have different Spanish languages... one Spanish, one Potuguese?

      It may or may not, it looks slightly different because of the AA logo. I'd already given this card a post of his own, which you can find here:
