Well, here goes. My effort to try and document all the different packets available around the world. If you've got one that doesn't appear here please send in a scan of the front and back, so that it can be included. I don't collect these so I am relying on others to help keep this listing as true as possible. It's possible to click on the photos above to see larger versions.
I'll be updating this post as new items come to light, so feel free to bookmark it for future reference.

UPDATE (05-12-2018 22:54):  NIKOLA_KGB has provided much better scans of the Ecuador packet.
UPDATE (22-05-2019 14:21):  Marc Mallet has provided scans of the two Brazilian South American packets with holographic fronts, one with the word Panini printed small and printed diagonally and the other where the word Panini is printed larger and horizontally. I've put both versions side by side.

Austria - Red packet - Coca Cola - all the different descriptors are shown over these 5 packets. It repeated roughly every 4 and a half packets, so there will be plenty of variations, but the five packets shown here include 'Album Stickers' printed in all nine languages:
