A collector decided to create extra cards to accompany the official set, usually a checklist card and a manager card. I've listed the cards I know of but would expect that there are two cards for each of the 20 Premier League teams. I haven't seen a card for the Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson and there are 2 manager cards for West Ham United - Alan Pardew was sacked on 11 December, 2006 and Alan Curbishley was brought in 2 days later.
