UPDATE (20-01-2020 12:19):  Martin Bennett has provided a photo from the issue of Match dated 31 August, 1996 showing these free gifts that were available with the following weeks issue. If I remember correctly each issue came with two sheets so you needed to buy two copies to get all four sheets.
