The latest batch of cards in the UEFA Champions League Living Set have been announced and all three cards are now available from Topps.com and cost £4.00 each (5 cards - £12.00; 10 cards - £24.00; 20 card - £42.00) or all three cards for £10.00. The illustrations are drawn by Musa Drammeh. In Germany the prices are €4.99 per card (5 cards - €15,00; 10 cards - €30,00; 20 cards - €40,00) or the set of three for €11.99. The prices for North America are $7.99 per card (5 cards - $20.00; 10 cards - $40.00; 20 cards - $70.00) or all three cards for $14.99.

Topps are churning these £4 each cards out at the rate of 3 per week, but currently they are running over 5 weeks behind with actually sending them out. They're up to #72 now but the highest number actually sent out is #54. Not to mention the fact they're up to the 4th set of On Demand cards for their Champions League Match Attax set and none of those have been sent out either.
ReplyDeleteThe rear of card #71 Alexander-Arnold identifies him as Georginio Wijnaldum - so not content with the drawing making him look about 40, Topps have also got his name totally wrong. They've duplicated his 17/18 Champions League stats on the rear too.
ReplyDeleteI presumed it was just an error on the webshop, that's why I didn't show it above. Checked back over a couple of weeks and the error is still there. I would have hoped the actual card would have had the correct back!
