I knew that a few of the WCCF series of cards had been available in China, but until I received an e-mail from Thomas Ott recently I didn't know the cards were different. Thomas has sent in scans of his Toni Kroos cards to highlight the differences between the original Japanese version and the Chinese cards. The base set of the Japanese cards are numbered to 384 but the Chinese cards are numbered to 336. It's also possible that the World Class, Legends, Rising Stars, Young Stars and MVP card were also available in the Chinese version, identified by the other subtle differences between the Japanese and Chinese versions. The card on the left is Japanese and the card on the right is Chinese.
I haven't been able to compile a checklist, in fact I haven't been able to find any further information so this is an appeal for help. If you can add to this list please get in touch.
