A set of sixty cards and this is the first one of these cards I have ever come across. Baz Warburton has provided scans of this Bury card and he tells me he is also aware of a Darlington card. I think this checklist is going to be very hard to complete. I've dated them as 1930's but they could just as easily come from almost any time before then.
UPDATE (05-10-2024 11:55): I've discovered that this collection is very similar to the Goswell set of Football Teams, so I've combined the list of cards from that series with this one.

ReplyDeleteThe card has to have been issued between 1920 and 1925. As during those seasons Brentford played in White shirts and Navy shorts. all the best Paul
