 Mark Hughesdon has discovered this error sticker, that's not Shaun Elliott. A corrected sticker was issued but I don't have a scan of it at the moment. I will update this post if a scan can be found.
UPDATE (31-07-2019 16:16):  Nik Yeomans has identified him, it's Kevin Arnott.
UPDATE (28-05-2024 15:49):  Nigel at CardHawk has provided a scan of the corrected sticker.

    Player featured is Kevin Arnott. There was a lot of hair crime going on at the club at this time.

      Meanwhile Shaun Elliott guests a Kevin Arnott on the corresponding card. One perm look very much like another :)
