I haven't heard of an official release date, just a general "towards the end of the year". If that's true I hope it would make the collection more relevant by only including players who are actually at the clubs in 2025-26.
Thanks Alan That seems a long way off though and Topps will have done about 4 PL collections by then!! I would have thought they would want to get on with it!! Martin
This collection may a little more up-to-date than the new PL set is but I wouldn't get your hopes up. It will also be a very expensive set to collect. If you look at some of the sites who are advertising pre-orders, these cards will not be cheap. I'm guessing they will be £3 for a pack of 10. If they are then I'll simply give them a miss. There are only three sets at present that I will definitely go after this season - they will all be Panini releases.
I hope that Panini are going to wait until the end of the EFL transfer window before they start compiling collections. There is such a huge turnover in the lower leagues. I attended a pre-season friendly at my League 2 club last Saturday - there were only 3 players in that team who started the last game of the season only a few weeks ago. They are still terrible unfortunately. The two other (League 1) teams I sometimes go to are in the same situation. Peterborough appear to have turned over their entire team over Summer. Also.....can I just say how much I hate the loan system.
I have some information on various prices for the new set - if not the number of cards in each. Starter packs are £9.99, Multipacks £11.99 and a Full Box - £96 - yes really.
The full boxes contain 32 packs and contain 284 cards so each pack will contain 12 cards like last year. Packs are going to be £3 it would seem. The starter packs will contain 27 cards so looks like two 12 card packs and some LE and other random stuff. More affordable than the PL set.
If this collection is due to be released in early September then it must already have been collated and printed. So it's likely to be as out of date as the PL one already is.
As a long time collector of Match Attax (every year since 2017) the expansion of the set since 2020 has been exhausting, honestly questioning whether I continue to collect it at all...

The collections get larger every year , with even more add-ons and extras than ever before. I have already decided that I'm going to give this one a miss. There comes a point where you can't bring yourself to go through it again - and that is where I am.
I suspect there will be even more hard to find cards this year, more Black and Gold edge cards, more 100 Clubs (which were actually quite hard to get last year) and many Limited Editions. Looks like it will be £3 for 12 cards and tins will be more expensive too. It's just too much effort to do it all again.
They come out officially on September 19th. I have the first products on hand now, they look very nice. Definitely more up-to-date than the Premier League cards.
Just seen some stuff on this collection on the Topps site and apparently they are already in the shops. 100 Gold Limited editions - lots of expensive chase cards and new subsets. Sorry......but no thanks.
ive just opened some packs, no parallels this year, i pulled alot in about 15 packs, 2 shileds, 2 black edge, 2 platinum pulls, 1 hall of fame chrome, so pull rates are deffo easier, i wont complete the set though, spent too much completing prem league, i like that infinity and platinum pulls are thick stock

Hi, Do you know whats happened to stocks? Ive seen Tesco this year's has starter packs but that's it, last year Tesco,Asda,morrisons,coop,onestop, homebargains all had stands full up but this year nothing Thanks james
