 The new issue of the Panini Foot Hors-Série magazine (No. 1) includes two Limited Edition cards - Marco Reus and Ivan Perišić.
UPDATE (25-05-2019 11:06):  Thanks to a comment below the magazine also comes with two special packets, each one has 1 Team Mate, 1 Fans' Favourite and 1 random Limited Edition card.

    It's interesting to say that the book contains also 2 special packets. There is 1 Team Mate, 1 Fans' Favourite and 1 random Limited Edition card in each one. For example, i got 1 Cristiano LE and 1 Forsberg LE. So, it's a cheap way to snatch LE.
