Derek Golson has provided a scan of this item showing 24 plastic badges attached to a black card. Derek thinks the badges were produced by Corinthian, the makers of ProSet figures. I haven't been able to get confirmation that they were a Corinthian product so I've decided to add the photo to my blog in the hope that someone comes forward who knows something about them.
