The original checklist included 5 cards in the Hat-Trick Hero section - but only 4 cards were produced. Wila75 has provided the images, the original sheet can be seen here - Topps - UEFA Champions League Match Attax 2016/17 (87) - Checklist - HT1-HT5. They spotted this error and made the following announcement (after so much time has passed I presume the last offer - a replacement checklist, is no longer available, though I may be wrong):
Topps has a notice for all collectors. There is a misprint in the checklist of the Topps UEFA Champions League Match Attax Collection. According to the incorrect checklist, there are 5 Hattrick Hero cards to collect, but there are only 4 Hattrick Hero cards. The card ratios on the back of all packages are correct. This error is only in the checklist of the collection folder.
