Gerard Scully has sent in scans of his Liverpool card, prompting me to add this checklist to my blog. Most, if not all these cards can be found with the fronts either in gloss or matt.  There are some variations that I recorded a long time ago, but I don't have images available, but I've added what little detail I have at the end of the main list.
UPDATE (18-11-2025 07:32):  Scunthorpe United added, thanks to Trevor Cotterell.
