Football cards and stickers issued around the world, from the 1880's to the present day and even some that haven't been issued yet. I don't have any cards for sale, nor do I provide valuations, this blog is just a means of passing on information I have gathered over many decades of collecting. Alan Jenkins.

I've dated these as 2013-14 just because a similar collection of cards focuses on the 2014 World Cup. I may be wrong, Paul Scholes is wearing Manchester United's 2010-11 kit and both Wayne Rooney and Ryan Giggs are wearing the 2011-12 kit. As with the World Cup cards, I've seen these offered for sale from Argentina and China.
Messi (Lionel) (FC Barcelona)
Alexis Sanchez (FC Barcelona)
Frank Lampard (Chelsea)
Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus)
Alessandro Del Piero (Juventus)
Ryan Giggs (Manchester United)
Wayne Rooney (Manchester United)
Paul Scholes (Manchester United)
Ozil (Mesut) (Real Madrid)
Pepe (Real Madrid) - La Liga back - thanks to Ike348
Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid)

In my country Costa Rica...it's very common to buy these packets of 8 cards...they're extremely cheap....they are sold for.20 cents each packet with 8 cards....they are made of cardboard an in the front..they're covered with a transparent holographic single plastic layer...there are topics for only 2 events... champions league, Brasil 2014...the creators of these cards are not very careful with players names and jerseys or the players info....maybe those designers don't have internet to get the right info....
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting us know. Do you collect them? Can you add any more cards to the list?

Figured I'd post here since this is the only information I can find about this set. What are the backs on your cards like? I have the Pepe card, but instead of a Champions League logo or something in the back, it's just the La Liga logo.
ReplyDeleteHi Ike,
DeleteThere's so little information about these cards, it seems likely that your Pepe card comes from a different series. I'll add that information to the list.
Thanks, sorry I'm not much help.
