These are similar to the Stand-Up footballers issued with magazines in the U.K. back in the 1960s and 1970s. Képes Sport is usually known for giving away rare Limited Edition Adrenalyn XL cards, but also produces cards of it's own. I don't know the actual issue date of this magazine, but it is some time in February 2014.
