Benedek Farkasházy has provided scans of all 20 known autograph cards and I'll let him explain more about the whole collection:
"The vast majority of the boxes were purchased by fans of the team, not card collectors. So there were very few cards available in collector groups and markets, and basically none at local card shows. Furthermore, I estimate that about 25-30% of the approximately 16,000 boxes remained unsold, and were withdrawn from the shelves after half a year.
"Autograph cards was communicated as one to be found in every 10 boxes. Based on the finding rate, and calculating based on the number of base, insert and auto parallels it was rather one autograph in every 7 boxes.
"There is no official checklist for the autograph cards, but there are no other known Autograph cards besides these 20. The autograph cards have parallels: #/25 orange, #/10 purple, #/5 red and 1/1 gold. All base autographs are numbered up to #/84, except one: Miha Bazic is numbered to #/109."
