There 41 nations competing in 39 sports in the 2023 XIX Pan American Games which takes place from 20 October to 5 November - Artistic Swimming, Diving, Open Water Swimming, Swimming, Water Polo, Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Baseball, Softball, Basketball, 3x3 Basketball, Basque Pelota, Bowling, Boxing, Breaking, Canoeing, Canoe Sprint, Slalom Canoeing, BMX Freestyle, BMX Racing, Mountain Biking, Road Cycling, Track Cycling, Dressage, Eventing, Show Jumping, Fencing, Field Hockey, Football, Golf, Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Trampoline, Handball, Judo, Karate, Modern Pentathlon, Racquetball, Artistic Roller Skating, Skateboarding, Inline Speed Skating, Rowing, Rugby Sevens, Sailing, Shooting, Sport Climbing, Squash, Surfing, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Tennis, Triathlon, Beach Volleyball, Volleyball, Water Skiing, Wakeboarding, Weightlifting, Wrestling and Greco-Roman Wrestling,
The following countries are taking part in the two football competitions, featuring U-22 players plus a maximum of 3 overage players:
Men - Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Mexico, United States, Uruguay
Women - Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, Paraguay, United States, Venezuela
The host nation (Chile) along with Mexico and the United States are the only countries taking part in both.
The brand new Digital Collection can be found here - Panini Digital Collections - 124 pages and over 700 stickers to collect, with a new packet of 10 stickers available every 12 hours. I don't think the collection is getting a formal release but it seems that collectors will be able to purchase the complete collection soon from the Panini Chile webshop. As far as I am aware this is the first ever sticker collection for the Pan American Games.
