Here is the Stadium Blaster Box, a Smyths Toys Superstores exclusive product. It contains 15 packets (each containing 6 cards), 1 guaranteed printed signature card, 2 Golden Baller cards, 1 online card plus 1 Declan Rice Limited Edition card that is exclusive to this product. UPDATE (13-10-2023 16:00): It turns out that the Blaster Box is no longer a Smyths Toys exclusive. It's now for sale on the Panini website.
This is a pre-order on the Smyths website until the estimated release date of Saturday Oct 21st, but all orders over £20 have free shipping there (and this is £25 of course) so it's just as cheap pre-ordering online right now as it would be visiting a store in 3 weeks and hoping they still have some in stock.
