Albums displaying all the cards could be had by collecting coupons (tickets) that were included inside the cigarette packets. There was probably a coupon for the Sporting Girls album but I haven't been able to track one down. The only coupon I could find that mentions the album is this one for Actors and Actresses, which mentions the Sporting Girls album on the reverse - number 3 in the list of 4 albums.
