Not cards, but this collection is available from Leaf Trading Cards so it might interest someone. Leaf tells us this release features signed custom jerseys of some of the greatest Hall of Famers, stars and future superstars from all of the major sports. Inside each sealed box is one random jersey that has been signed but these are custom-made jerseys, they are not official, match-worn nor event-warn, they don't feature any logos or emblems. The collection is due to be released in the summer with 1 signed jersey per box and 10 boxes per case. The list is not comprehensive, four footballers are known to feature at this point.
