    Hello Alan,

    I think these cards are exclusive online, you can get these card online via the code card in the starter pack.

      These cards will be available in the second Extra large tin along with the Diamond Kane LE card... 1 in every 572 large tin

      I could find no record of these cards being physically issued; so I'm assuming it was online only.
