Martin Bennett has provided information about these stickers issued in Norway. They are unnumbered and although it's not apparent from the illustration shown here but the stickers seem roughly cut with a scissors so must come from a larger sheet. Donald Duck is shown on the back so it's possible that the sheet was included with an issue of a Donald Duck comic
