John Levitt has provided scans of this card. The Decider set was a 90-card cricket collection which also included a few insert sets. There were actually two different versions, a First Day release and a Regular collection. The First Day version also had a couple of different insert sets and some cards were foil-stamped with a First Day logo. This Preview Card includes a reference to Futera's first Manchester United collection issued in late 1996-97 season.
