A set of 11 player cards issued to promote a new book featuring biographies of all the Australian internationals, Andrew Howe's Encyclopedia of Socceroos. Only 100 sets have been produced, with original manga-style drawings by Daisy Harris and designed by Leslie Priestley. Each card measures 64x76mm. Included in the set is the late Joe Marston, MBE. Amongst other things, he was the first Australian to play in an F.A. Cup Final for Preston North End v West Bromwich Albion in 1954.
