I'm playing catch-up as I missed this item a while ago. Issue no. 1926 of Match! magazine dated 30 May-5 June, 2017, includes a large A1 poster showing Chelsea players celebrating their Premier League win. The reverse of the poster shows four other teams celebrating their titles.
