These appeared on eBay recently. Made of clear plastic, the vendor didn't know where they came from but thought they might have been produced during the pre-production process and might even be 1/1's. I've only seen base cards and the Dynamic Dues insert set.
they are fake. easy to make at home: you just separate the layers and you have #the negative" plastic layer.
