I'm not quite sure what this is, but completists might be interested in acquiring it. It's an A5 sheet that includes the Marco Reus sticker.
UPDATE (16-07-2016 17:32):  Danju Twentyfourseven has left a comment stating that the sheet was included with the update set of 84 stickers if you preorder it online in Germany.

    it came with the update set of 84 stickers if you preorder it online in Germany.
