      Yes, the card has a holographic numbered sticker attached to the front. This number is recorded by Topps to prove that the card is an official autographed card.

      Thanks, do you know if possible that Topps can be contacted to provide authenticity with the number given its a 08/09 card?

      Yes, that's why each holographic sticker has a unique number.
