Football cards and stickers issued around the world, from the 1880's to the present day and even some that haven't been issued yet. I don't have any cards for sale, nor do I provide valuations, this blog is just a means of passing on information I have gathered over many decades of collecting. Alan Jenkins.

Futera - Coca Cola Australian National Soccer League (1994)
1994
Coca Cola Australian National Soccer League
Futera
Australia
110 base cards
Autographed Legend card was a redemption card available in the packets. When redeemed Futera would return the redemption card (with a hole punched in it, so that it couldn't be used again) along with the LR1 card and a certificate card.
The Best of Both Worlds redemption cards could be redeemed for the same card numbered to 500. Again, Futera returned the original redemption card and a certificate card.
The Wild Card redemption card could be used to get a complete set of the Best of Both Worlds cards, but these are numbered to just 100 copies.
Not all the illustrations are to scale.

23 cards
Mitchell Meade has just sent some information about a new set of cards issued in Australia...
Tap'nPlay have just released Champions of Asia 2015 Celebration Cards - a limited edition of just 300. The set feature 22 players and the coach, interestingly the squad was 23 players but Chris Herd returned to England after being injured in training before the 3rd match. He did not play in the first two games but there were others that also never played so I'm not sure why he is missing. The squad numbers are shown in brackets and are clearly marked on the back of the card.

Tap 'n' Play Technologies - Football Federation Australia Trading Cards (2014-15)
2014-15
Football Federation Australia Trading Cards
Tap 'n' Play Technologies
Australia
174 cards
The Tim Cahill card was given free with the October 2014 issue of Australian magazine FourFourTwo. Apparently the cards are available across Australia and New Zealand, at petrol stations, convenience stores and newsagents, but finding information about this collection has been difficult. Very few cards have appeared on eBay. I've been fortunate to have been sent the checklist, but this list doesn't show any numbers, so I'm not sure if the cards are numbered. The collection includes all the Hyundai A-League teams as well as the representative Socceroos and Matildas teams. An album was produced in which to collect the cards.
UPDATE (25/02/2015): A couple of amendments, thanks to Dave AU. See the interesting comment below.
