When Carolina Ascent FC hosted Lexington SC on 11 April, 2026 the first 2,000 fans were presented with these Super Women of Soccer trading cards to mark Super Hero Night when fans dressed up as their favourite super hero. I don't know how many cards were produced so I've marked those that have been confirmed. This is Carolina Ascent FC second season and they play in the USL Super League which is at the top tier of women's football in the United States, along with the NWSL. They've qualified for the play-offs with two games of the regular season still to go. Coach Richard Poole was born in Newcastle and played for Newcastle United and Hull City in his youth, before emigrating to the United States to attend college.
