Paul Bowditch has provided scans of a couple of pages from a supplement that was included with the 19 December, 1894 issue of The Sketch, a weekly illustrated magazine. I don't know how many pages are in the supplement, but there is at least one team photo missing from this list. I found this issue of the magazine on the British Newspaper Archive website but the supplement wasn't included.
