AV Alta FC are based in Lancaster, California and were founded in October 2023. 2025 was their inaugural season, playing in USL League One, the third tier of football in the United States. They finished 9th out of 14 teams and reached the Fourth Round of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup, before losing 3-1 at MLS side, FC Dallas.
