DeleteThanks for getting in touch. Please don't spend time at the moment compiling checklists. I have a large number of checklists from the US from the 1970's through to the early 2000's, compiled by friends of mine in America. They are not on my blog because I haven't been able to find decent scans of cards to use as illustrations. I will e-mail you this evening.
