By the late 1950's Sweden's Second Division was divided into four regional sections, one of which was called Div. II Svealand. This packet of 11 cards seems to suggest that it features players from that division, but I don't know who issued it. "11 st. Välkända fotbollsspelare" translates as "11 cards of well-known footballers."
