I recently came across an auction that included a Brentford programme from 1935 that included a large card as shown in the image above, which is almost the same size as the programme. Luckily, I knew where to get more information - Paul Briers' superb Brentford FC Memorabilia website. I've pinched his image of the card that was included with the programme for Brentford's last home game against Sheffield United on 4 May, 1935 (programme cover shown above). I don't know if the back is blank, perhaps the note on the front is enough of an advertisement - "Each member is an enthusiastic user of Waterman's Pen".
UPDATE (09-11-2023 15:07):  Paul has left a comment confirming that the the item is a paper issue with a blank back.
