Following on from the success of last season's Sticker Book, Cambridge United shared their latest collectable initiative that will run alongside the production of their Matchday Programmes... Ultimate U's, the Official Cambridge United Card game, where you can collect 112 cards of current and former players, complete with stats and scores for various attributes, allowing you to play and compete with friends. There are players across all era's involved, from U's pioneers, 70's heroes, 90's legends and modern greats, to lockdown legends and the current Men's and Women's First Team. Build up your collection each week by picking up a free pack of four with your Matchday Programme, and play Ultimate U's by competing against your friends and family!
To play the game, simply shuffle and deal the cards face down before choosing a stat from your top card to compete with (e.g appearances, goals, attacking or defending), and whoever has the highest number for that stat, wins the card! The first player to get all of the cards wins!
A starter pack of 20 cards and Ultimate U's collectible folder will be on sale soon, and each set of four which comes in the Matchday Programme will be available to buy after the event online at cufcdirect.com. If you buy a Starter Pack and every league Matchday Programme throughout the 2023/24 season, you'll collect all 112 Ultimate U's Cards!
The first set of four were released with the Cambridge United vs Oxford United Matchday Programme on Saturday 5 August. Ultimate U's is produced by Curtis Sport, Cambridge United's Programme Partner for the 2023/24 season.
