Ken Breakey has provided scans of some cut-outs from the 1940's including the Johnny Carey one shown here. I have a checklist for this set, I've got these listed as being taken from the Daily Mail newspaper but I don't have any way of confirming that or not.
UPDATE (25-03-2026 15:12): Trevor Cotterell has provided details of three more Cup Final Stars. These have the same numbers as others previously listed. No idea why that is. Any Blackpool fans out there who can provide more information?
