Special promo cards issued for the 2020 Topps Industry Conference. I know of only four football cards, using designs from the Topps Chrome Bundesliga 2019-20 collection but these cards are not chrome. The cards nclude a Topps Industry Conference logo but the card numbers have a 'TIS' prefix, which probably stands for Topps Industry Summit.
