Paul Richardson has informed me that this exclusive card can be found in the free packet of Match Attax cards included with the current issue of Match of the Day magazine - number 642 published on 8 December, 2021. UPDATE (10-12-2021 18:17): An update, Paul informs me that there are two exclusive cards and you'll get one of them in the packet.

DeleteThat's me not being careful enough when copying and pasting, I meant to remove the 'India' reference, it's gone now. Match of the Day magazine should be available at all good newsagents (and, as the joke goes, some bad ones too) as well as supermarkets that sell magazines - Tesco, Spar, Asda, etc., as long as they've still got them in stock.

DeleteI use a company called Newsstand, not sure if they ship to Germany, but when I went to order a copy it was out of stock. Probably the only option is eBay, there are quite a few of both cards for sale. To get both cards you'd have to buy a minimum of two magazines. One copy in the UK costs a little over £10 with shipping, so it's probably cheaper to buy the cards on eBay.
