I don't suppose this can really be classified as an error card. I presume the Sarah Gorden Signature Series cards were originally intended to be included in the Premier Edition. There must have been some delay or the cards were misplaced, so they have been inserted into Volume 2. The backs of the cards reference the 'Premier Edition' rather than 'Premier Edition Vol. 2'.
